The Mill Surveillance of FCI ensures that the pipe or steel needed by clients is available on time for their projects. More importantly, we ensure the pipe or steel complies with the required specification, code, or standard.

From random surveillance to a full inspection team, FCI offers a full range of options to clients. The inspection team may include local personnel, expatriate personnel, or both to meet the requirements of the project. Additionally, the inspection process may include coating, load out inspection, inspection supervision, final bench inspectors, hydro-test inspection, etc.

While monitoring production, the personnel of FCI either use the mill’s own internal system or their own tracking and reporting documentation to verify the activities of that system. Defect rates and the actions taken for rejected items can be tracked in the system.
